EVVie Transition

EVV (Electronic Visit Verification) is a federally mandated punch clock system required for most home-based services in VT. EVV is required when providing services to clients that an employee does not live with, when the care is provided in the client's home. If you live with your client, or if you do services entirely in the community, EVV is not required. ARIS Solutions provides instructions on how to record a visit in EVV using either Vermont’s Telephone Visit Verification System or the Sandata Mobile Connect App. Please remember, EVV does not replace the requirement to submit a timesheet. To be paid, a timesheet must be submitted.
