ARIS Solutions is Named Among ‘The Best Places to Work in Vermont in 2025.’
[White River Junction, VT, February 6, 2025] —ARIS Solutions [arissolutions.org], a Vermont-based 501 (c)-3 nonprofit organization that provides financial services, payroll, administrative and tax-related services to assist individuals, families and non-profits, was recently named among the “Best Places to Work in Vermont” for 2025. The award was presented by the Workforce Research Group, in conjunction with Vermontbiz, a statewide business magazine.
Sara Ryan, ARIS Solutions’ Director of Human Capital & Culture, was notified of the award by Workforce Research Group Program Coordinator, Abigail Akers. Akers noted that the award recognizes Vermont employers for their efforts and policies to support workers’ wellness. “Creating a great workplace where employees are eager to give their best effort every day is challenging,” Akers said. “Being named to the list demonstrates that ARIS Solutions has what it takes to retain and recruit a highly engaged workforce.”
Ryan said that she and the entire ARIS Solutions’ team are very gratified to be recognized for such an honor. “We are committed to creating and sustaining a workplace that enhances the employee experience, where employees bring their whole selves while making a difference in our communities. I am honored that our staff feels that commitment, and we will continue to grow and improve.”

The award ceremony will take place and the winners will be feted at a gala event on April 2nd, at the Hotel Champlain in Burlington. The award recipients will also be recognized in a special April 2025 issue of Vermontbiz.
